About the Role

  • We’re growing our US-Based sales team! This newly created role aims to strengthen our commercial presence in Northeastern region with strong market potential for Plasma-Therm. 
  • We’re looking for a dynamic and autonomous professional, eager to take ownership of this high-potential region and drive revenue growth! 
  • This position involves discussing technical topics related to semiconductor manufacturing. If you enjoy challenges, autonomy, and technical sales, this is a great opportunity for you!

About You

  • You love challenges, identifying and investigating new sales opportunities through on-site customer visits, calls, demos, and factory tours.
  • You enjoy understanding customers’ needs, acting as an advisor and coordinating internal resources to offer the most suitable solutions.
  • You aim to build long-term relationships with key stakeholders, influencers, and decision-makers.
  • You are motivated by conducting presentations, leading technical and commercial discussions with prospects, and negotiating technical and commercial aspects of deals to successfully close contracts.
  • You’re organized and maintain accurate records and reports in Salesforce, ensuring reliable sales forecasting. 
  • You stay informed about market trends, analyze the competition and assess the positioning of the company's products within your territory. You proactively propose action and improvement plans.
  • You have the willingness and ability to travel extensively (50 - 70%) within the assigned territory.
  • A solid understanding of semiconductor manufacturing equipment and processes is essential for your success. Experience using or selling semiconductor manufacturing equipment, particularly Plasma technologies for etch, cleaning or deposition, would be a plus.
Requirements

 Requirements & Qualifications

  • You must reside in the Northeastern US Region, near an airport.  
  • Several years’ experience in capital equipment sales within the semiconductor industry is highly desirable.

Of course, you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Physics or Chemistry or similar) minimum. Master’s Degree preferred. An additional Marketing or Business Degree would be a plus.
  • A customer-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal, presentation and listening skills
  • The ability to positively influence purchasing decisions
  • A team spirit! You enjoy working as part of a team, especially in an international and cross-functional organization
  • A great ease using Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
  • A valid driver’s license and passport
  • A major credit card for business travel.
