Salesforce Technical Lead: Set the Bar. Solve the Hard Stuff. Lead Others to Win.
This is our client
We’re Delegate, and we exist for one reason: to help our clients win. Not just ship features. Not just check boxes. Win-with clarity, speed, and systems that actually move the business forward.
Clients don’t hire us to follow a spec. They trust us to lead. To bring the expertise, ownership, and white-glove service that earns real confidence. And we’ve built Delegate to unlock that kind of work. No red tape. No rigid hierarchy. No waiting for permission.
Just high performers, trusted to lead, supported to grow, and free to do their best work. Because winning is fun. Being great is fun.
And when you’re surrounded by people who unlock you, not hold you back, you get to do the best work of your life.
This is you
You don’t just want a job – you want to own outcomes, grow others, and lead with purpose. You’ve been the steady hand in chaos. The architect behind the clarity. The one people count on when it’s complex and high-stakes.
You’ve built and scaled systems across the Salesforce ecosystem: Core Salesforce, CPQ, Mulesoft, Revenue Cloud, and Field Service.
But you’re not just certified – you’re trusted.
By teammates. By clients. By the person you coached last quarter who still messages you for advice.
You thrive when:
• You’re trusted to lead, not just execute.
• You can mentor and multiply, not just fix what’s broken.
• You’re solving problems that actually matter to the business.
• You work with people who sharpen you, support you, and move fast.
• You have the space to go deep, ship well, and make a real difference.
This is the opportunity
This isn’t a support role. It’s a technical leadership seat on a high-performance team where you’ll help scale expertise, set the bar, and lead others to success.
You’ll bring deep Salesforce expertise, clear judgment, and calm execution to client portfolios, and you’ll elevate everyone around you while doing it.
You’ll lead:
• A portfolio of client systems, with Field Service, Mulesoft, or CPQ/Revuee Cloud as a key focus.
• Architecture and delivery of complex, multi-cloud Salesforce solutions.
• Reviews, design critiques, and escalations, making sure what ships is worth shipping.
You’ll scale your impact by:
• Mentoring and supporting teammates in real time and through structured training.
• Defining and enforcing technical standards and delivery quality.
• Developing reusable templates, reference architectures, and solution patterns.
You’ll step in when:
• The project is technically complex and the client needs confidence.
• A teammate hits a wall and needs clarity, not just a fix.
• A pre-sales conversation needs technical vision, not just scope alignment.
What we want to see
We’re not interested in generic resumes. We’re looking for signs that you’re the kind of person who leads with depth, clarity, and care.
Please include:
- Your CV.
- A brief write-up of a few key projects-what you built, what was hard, and what you’re proud of.
- A short note on why this role (and Delegate) feels like the right fit, right now.
If you’re ready to do the best work of your career and help others do the same, we want to hear from you.
Delegate is running this search in partnership with the stellar team at Atomus Partners. We're handling this directly, so please, no outside recruiting agencies.
You’re probably the kind of person who:
• Has 7+ years in Salesforce across real business problems and messy orgs.
• Has led multiple full-cycle projects across Field Service, Mulesoft, and CPQ.
• Writes and reviews Flows, Apex, and LWC, and owns complex integrations (REST/SOAP).
• Holds certs like Admin, Platform Dev I, and ideally Field Service Consultant.
• Knows when to use Flow vs. Apex, when to abstract vs. build custom.
• Has set technical standards, built reusable templates, and reviewed work for scale.
• Advises clients, coaches teammates, and brings clarity where others stall.
