Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and manage HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals

- Oversee the payroll process to ensure accurate and timely compensation for all employees

- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management

- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding activities

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations

- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases

- Provide guidance and support to managers and staff on HR-related issues

- Monitor and improve HR processes to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction


Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred

- Proven experience in HR management, including payroll administration

- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in HRIS, Netsuite and payroll software systems

- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

- Leadership qualities and the ability to work collaboratively
