As a Senior Processor Integration Conversion Analyst, you’ll be at the center of our client onboarding and processing operations partnering with internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors to ensure the Fiserv system runs with precision and reliability. You’ll dive deep into platform configuration across the Fiserv Optis Platform, Decision Quest logic, and Rewards structures, applying your expertise to optimize functionality and troubleshoot complex system challenges.
You will also oversee the full lifecycle of system conversions, playing a critical role in delivering seamless client implementations. From analyzing source and target data to validating file structures and coordinating with cross-functional teams, you will safeguard data integrity and ensure every conversion is accurate, timely, and disruption-free.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute system conversion activities with precision, ensuring data integrity and alignment with project timelines.
- Analyze and map data between source systems and target platforms, identifying discrepancies and resolving issues proactively.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance testing throughout all conversion phases (pre-conversion, conversion, post-conversion).
- Troubleshoot and resolve conversion-related issues; escalate complex problems when appropriate.
- Document conversion processes, mappings, reconciliation results, and testing outcomes for compliance and future reference.
- Provide post-conversion support to internal teams and clients to ensure a smooth operational transition.
- Collaborate with partners to define conversion requirements, establish milestones, monitor progress, and validate results.
- Manage configurations within the Fiserv Optis Platform, Decision Quest (DQ) logic, and Rewards structures.
- Maintain a deep understanding of system functionality, data structures, and integration points across the Fiserv ecosystem.
- Manage inserts and messaging by building and testing requirements through Fiserv PCF, PCS, and DQ.
- Own the setup, testing, and ongoing maintenance of settings within PCF.
- Own the setup and ongoing maintenance of decision logic criteria within DQ.
- Manage the setup and testing of Rewards structures using Fiserv DMM tables and Rule logic.
- Identify opportunities to streamline conversion processes, optimize workflows, enhance automation, and improve integration efficiency.
- Ensure all work adheres to company policies, regulatory standards, and financial industry best practices.
- Lead Fiserv-related projects by coordinating testing, validation, and implementation with internal stakeholders.
- Support configuration updates, integration enhancements, and cross-functional operational initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- 2–5 years of experience in system conversions, data analysis, or financial system integration.
- 2+ years of hands-on Fiserv platform experience (credit card or small business segment preferred).
- Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate and resolve moderate system issues.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Ability to work in the CorServ's footprint (AL, FL, GA, IA, KY, NE, NC, TN, TX, WI, WY)
Preferred Experience
- Experience with Fiserv, FIS, Jack Henry, TSYS, or similar financial systems.
- 5+ years in technical and/or operational environments.
- Experience with core banking or card-processing systems.
