Position Overview
The Solutions Architect will play a critical role in Lunavi’s go-to-market, specializing in Application Modernization and Cloud Native Applications. This position requires a "can-do" attitude and extensive technical expertise to translate complex requirements into strategic solutions aligned to client’s business objectives. The ideal candidate will work closely with the sales team, engineers, and operations staff to support client engagements, ensuring seamless solution design and implementation.
Role and Responsibilities
Soft Skills:

Sales & Client Engagement:
- Conduct technical discovery sessions with enterprise clients to understand their business challenges, goals, and technical requirements.
- History of consultative selling with an approach on customer relationships and understanding business needs.
- Support complex sales cycles for Application modernization, AI solutions, and Managed Services.
- Design and tailor client solutions from application through infrastructure, ensuring alignment with client needs.
- Collaborate with customer service and operations teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
Solution Design & Development:
- Lead conversations on modern applications using cloud-native technologies, microservices, and DevOps practices.
- Discuss modern application architectures using cloud-native technologies, microservices, and secure databases.
- Create technical proposals, presentations, and proofs-of-concept that showcase Lunavi’s capabilities and align with client objectives.
- Ensure solution designs are consistent with Lunavi’s product offerings and technical expertise.
- Manage an independent technical solution pipeline from pre-sales through implementation.
Collaboration & Leadership:
- Work closely with delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and aligned with Lunavi’s execution standards.
- Provide technical training and expertise with the sales team.
- Lead discussions and provide insights on application development and modernization, AI/ML integration, and DevOps enablement.
Thought Leadership:
- Represent Lunavi at industry events, conferences, and client presentations.
- Lead discussions on topics like cloud-native development, DevOps, and digital transformation.
- Work with marketing to contribute content to Lunavi website and social media outlets.
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise software development, solution architecture, or related fields (preferred).
- Hands-on/consulting experience with enterprise infrastructure solutions, cloud-native and microservices architectures, and Microsoft Azure services.
- Proven experience in pre-sales or technical consulting roles with a successful record of enterprise solution design.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and organizational skills, with a creative approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a client-focused approach.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant IT field.
- Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., MCSA, MCSE).
- Experience with Agile, DevOps, and continuous delivery methodologies.
- Knowledge of industry-specific challenges in sectors like Finance, Healthcare, Energy, and Retail.
