Salary: SF/ Bay Area: $118,000 - $147,600, All Other States: $100,600 - $125,500

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Data and Digital Systems Analyst to support the build-out, integration, and maintenance of digital systems powering the National Network for Microelectronics Education (NNME).


The ideal candidate is both analytical and hands-on. Someone who enjoys solving system challenges, translating program needs into efficient workflows, and ensuring that digital platforms function smoothly to support educators, learners, and stakeholders nationwide. We are looking for someone who is self-managed but collaborative; transparent about their process, generous in sharing knowledge, and brings expertise, humility, and curiosity to every task. Strong communication skills and a commitment to continuous improvement are essential.


This role will be instrumental in implementing and maintaining tools such as Salesforce, Monday.com, and other data and reporting systems that enable seamless collaboration and performance tracking across national partners.


This is a full-time, exempt position reporting to the Senior Program Manager for Tech Platforms and Program Delivery. The position is remote within the U.S. (If hired in the San Francisco Bay Area, a hybrid work model will apply.)


Key Responsibilities  

Systems Configuration and Support

· Support the setup and configuration of Salesforce, Monday.com, and related digital tools.

· Build and maintain automations, dashboards, and reports to streamline program and data workflows.

· Ensure consistent data collection and alignment across platforms and program areas.

· Maintain user accounts, permissions, and access levels in Salesforce and other systems.

· Support day-to-day operations of digital tools and platforms, troubleshooting issues and coordinating resolutions with vendors.

· Assist in developing and maintaining robust data pipelines that integrate data from multiple sources and partners.

· Provide responsive technical support for internal teams and external stakeholders (including regional nodes), addressing platform-related issues promptly and effectively.

· Track the effectiveness and performance of digital platforms, providing insights to improve system functionality and user engagement.

Data Management and Reporting

· Clean, import, and validate program and partner data across multiple systems.

· Support integration efforts, ensuring data extraction from diverse platforms seamlessly aggregates into Salesforce CRM.

· Develop standard reports and dashboards for tracking project progress and outcomes.

· Support data governance practices to ensure data quality, consistency, and security.

· Assist in implementing performance metrics and reporting frameworks.

Technical Operations

· Troubleshoot system errors, data discrepancies, and integration issues.

· Document system configurations, workflows, and data models.

· Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather technical requirements and test new features.

· Conduct user training sessions to ensure efficient adoption and utilization of digital platforms.

· Collaborate with hub and node teams to identify ongoing technical training and support needs, ensuring consistent competency across regions.

Collaboration and Continuous Improvement

· Work closely with the Senior Program Manager to scope, prioritize, and deliver system enhancements.

· Partner with the Hub team to provide ongoing technical support, training, and troubleshooting for regional nodes.

· Contribute to the design and optimization of scalable, efficient digital processes.

· Share best practices and help build a repository of user guides, documentation, and training resources to strengthen system adoption across the NNME network.


Qualifications

Required

· 3-5 years of experience in digital systems, data integration, or CRM administration.

· Proficiency with Salesforce CRM, including data management, dashboard creation, and report building.

· Hands-on experience with Monday.com (or similar project management tools), including automations, board setup, and integrations.

· Strong data cleaning, reporting, and visualization skills using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.

· Knowledge of API-based integrations and data workflows (e.g., Zapier, Make, or native connectors).


Preferred

· Familiarity with workforce development, education, or nonprofit program environments preferred.

· Excellent documentation skills, with the ability to translate technical details into clear, accessible language.

· Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
