Role: RN


Reporting to: Clinical Manager


Wage/Classification: Non-exempt


Key Responsibilities:


- Provide skilled nursing care under RN/Clinical Manager supervision.


- Support the patient’s emotional and physical needs, ensuring continuity of care.


- Communicate patient changes to the care team and document all interactions.


- Build strong relationships to encourage patient compliance and safety.


- Maintain accurate clinical records and adhere to infection control and safety protocols.


- Participate in staff development and community outreach activities.


- Uphold confidentiality and follow all HIPAA guidelines.

Job Type: Full-time or Part-Time


Pay: $34.00 - $45.00 per hour

Requirements
  • Routinely required to sit, stand, and walk on variable surfaces, including occasional climbing of ramps or stairs or the use of foot controls.
  • Routinely required to use hands for various tasks, including hand controls, gripping, and handling of objects.
  • At times, will be required to reach beyond mid-line of the body, reach overhead or at chest level.
  • There are specific vision abilities required to perform this job, which include close, distance and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
  • All employees will be required to use universal safety precautions when performing their assigned tasks.
  • Employees must have the ability to lift, push, pull and carry a minimum of 25 pounds.
  • Employees must have the ability to stoop and bend up to 2.5 hours per 8-hour shift.
