Position Overview:
As the Manager of Lead Generation, you will play a pivotal role in driving generation of high quality leads into the organization within 4ocean's B2B partnership model resulting in meetings with the Partnership sales team and closed won deals. You will be responsible for developing and executing performance marketing campaigns to attract new partners. This role demands a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable with accountability, and has a proven track record of scaling marketing efforts and partnership success. The most relevant background of experience will be someone who has developed a deep expertise in SEO/PPC, Customer / Client Acquisition, Web Analytics and/or Lead Generation.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Acquisition / Lead Generation:
- Website & Digital Presence Management:
- Oversee the 4ocean Partnerships website, ensuring it aligns with our mission, attracts new leads, and showcases the value of partnering with 4ocean.
- Lead the optimization of landing pages, funnels, and the overall online user experience for lead generation, partnership form fills and meetings booked with the Partnership sales team.
- Manage and direct our SEO, UX optimization, and digital content strategy.
- Advertising & Performance Marketing:
- Design and manage paid marketing strategies and campaigns across channels like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and additional performance marketing channels.
- Develop and implement guerilla marketing tactics to engage new prospects and partners.
- Optimize 4ocean’s website and platforms to facilitate (Linkedin Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, RB2B) the organic lead generation traffic of qualified leads into the organization. Uncover critical growth bottlenecks and identify highest-impact opportunities through comprehensive analysis.
- Establish 4Ocean as the go-to resource for corporate sustainability partnerships while driving qualified organic traffic
- Maximize lead generation from existing traffic through systematic testing and optimization.
- Launch targeted paid campaigns to accelerate qualified lead generation and test scalability.
Lead Metrics, Advance Analytics & Reporting:
- Own and track performance metrics and analytics for lead generation, including cost per acquisition, lead quality, and campaign performance.
- Regularly report on KPIs, optimizing campaigns for maximum efficiency and return on investment.
Influencer & Affiliate Partnerships:
- Cultivate relationships with existing and new partners, influencers, and affiliates to co-create campaigns that drive awareness and lead generation.
- Leverage partnerships and affiliate networks for cross-promotion and lead acquisition.
Market Research & Competitive Intelligence:
- Conduct market research to understand emerging trends and competitor strategies in sustainability and B2B partnerships.
- Use insights to adapt and refine marketing efforts, ensuring 4ocean remains a leader in the ocean cleanup space.
Scalable Growth & Partnership Expansion:
- Develop scalable marketing processes and systems to ensure 4ocean’s partnership marketing function can grow with the business.
- Identify and implement new tools and platforms that enable efficient management of the growing partner network.
- Develop and oversee the necessary processes, platforms and calendars to ensure that all deadlines and deliverables are met in advance or on time.
Trade Shows & Event Strategy:
- Plan and execute 4ocean’s and 4ocean partner’s presence at trade shows, conferences, and sponsored events to generate high-quality leads.
- Oversee event activations and marketing campaigns to maximize awareness and partner acquisition.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of acquisition / lead generation marketing experience focused on role B2B partnerships, performance marketing, or customer acquisition/retention.
- Proven track record of scaling marketing acquisition and lead generation resulting in a significant number of qualified business leads resulting in millions of dollars in closed won deals.
- Strong experience with digital marketing channels, including paid advertising, SEO, content marketing, email campaigns, and social media strategies.
- Technical Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM tools (HubSpot) and SEO platforms (Google, AI, social media such as Linkedin Sales Navigator, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
- Ability to develop and execute growth strategies for new lead acquisition and long-term partner retention.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize marketing strategies based on performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with performance metrics related to B2B partnership success, including ROI and impact reporting.
- Ideally some relevant industry experience in sustainability, environmental impact would be preferred.
