ABOUT THE ROLE

The Marketing and Outreach Coordinator will work closely with the International Coaching Federation to support the Foundation's fundraising efforts through strategic marketing communications, outreach initiatives, and event coordination. Working under the supervision of the Director of Development and Donor Engagement and in collaboration with external vendors, this role helps implement and evaluate campaigns and events that engage donors, partners, and the broader community.
 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS
 

Social Media & Website Management:

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote fundraising campaigns and donor engagement. 
  • Draft and distribute content for website, newsletters, social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials. 
  • Coordinate with vendors for design, printing, and digital media production. 
  • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with ICF Marketing to promote ICF Foundation contents and messaging 
  • Website management and maintenance (including managing Google grant)
  • Develop and monitor the budget for activities

Event Planning:

  • Coordinate logistics for ICF Foundation events, including venue, catering, registration, and volunteer support (fundraising, Converge, International Coaching Week, etc.. )
  • Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure smooth event execution. 
  • Support promotional efforts for events through digital and print channels. 
  • Assist with post-event evaluation and reporting.
  • Develop and monitor the budget for activities

Monitoring & Evaluation:

  • Track performance of marketing and outreach activities using analytics tools.
  • Prepare reports on campaign effectiveness, donor engagement, and event outcomes.
  • Provide recommendations for improvement based on data and feedback.
Requirements
  •  Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, or related fields.
  • Experience of 3+ years in social media strategy and execution, website management, program management, and storytelling
  • 3+ years of experience in event planning (design, implementation, and follow-up) 
  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills
  • Organized, driven, and detail-oriented individual
  • Ability to work with a team and independently 
  • Detail-orientated with the ability to manage multiple projects at a time
  • Creative and strategic mindset
