• Creating a fun, high-energy shopping experience customers want to return to
   
• Keeping the store looking sharp through restocking and merchandising

• A sales-first mindset—you’re comfortable engaging customers and closing the sale
   
• An upbeat, confident personality with strong communication skills
   
• Prior retail or sales experience (this is not an entry-level position)
   
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
