Role Overview
This is a foundational role where you'll help to build our marketing function from the ground up, working directly with our VP of Marketing in a collaborative, high-impact environment.
You'll be the bridge between our partners, product innovation and market success, translating complex technical capabilities into compelling narratives that resonate with Global Travel Managers, procurement teams, and C-suite executives at large enterprise organizations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop clear, differentiated positioning for our core platform and payment products
- Collaborate with our partners to ensure seamless joint messaging
- Position our blockchain infrastructure advantages without getting lost in technical details
- Build comprehensive competitive intelligence and collateral
- Create presentations, demo scripts, and RFP response templates for multi-stage sales processes
- Develop buyer persona profiles and journey mapping for different stakeholder types
- Build ROI calculators and business case frameworks for various company sizes
- Contribute to content creation for case studies, whitepapers, web copy, and thought leadership
- Support demand generation with product-focused campaign messaging
- Create educational content that simplifies complex travel and payments concepts
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a related field
- 5-7 years of B2B product marketing experience, preferably at enterprise SaaS companies
- Excellent critical thinking, writing and presentation skills
- Experience with complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
- Background working with product partnerships or ecosystem plays
- Being curious, creative, and collaborative
- Being comfortable with ambiguity and fast-changing priorities
- Proficient in AI usage and process design
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven track record building product marketing programs from scratch
- Experience with fintech, payments, or expense management solutions
- Background in travel, hospitality, or enterprise services industries
