Job Type: Seasonal (Weekends, Holidays & Evenings Required)

Position Summary

Talking Stick Golf Club is looking for an enthusiastic, service-driven Beverage Cart Attendant to 

provide exceptional guest service on the course. As a Beverage Cart Attendant, you will be 

responsible for preparing, stocking, and serving beverages and snacks to golfers, while creating a 

friendly and engaging atmosphere.

The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, interacting with guests, and contributing to a 

memorable golf experience. This position is a great fit for someone who’s outgoing, reliable, and 

self-motivated.

Key Responsibilities

  •  Drive the beverage cart throughout the golf course, following designated routes and safety procedures
  •  Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, snacks, and light food items to guests
  •  Ensure a welcoming, friendly, and professional demeanor with every guest interaction
  •  Monitor beverage cart inventory and restock items as needed throughout the day
  •  Handle cash, credit card transactions, and reconcile sales at the end of shift
  •  Ensure compliance with alcohol service laws and club policies (Title 4 compliance)
  •  Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the beverage cart and related areas
  •  Communicate any guest concerns, product requests, or maintenance issues to management
  •  Assist with special events, tournaments, or on-course promotions as needed

Requirements

Qualifications

  •  Prior hospitality or customer service experience preferred
  •  Must be 19 years or older to serve alcohol in Arizona
  •  Valid Arizona Food Handler’s Card and Title 4 Certification (or ability to obtain)
  •  Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
  •  Ability to work independently and handle a fast-paced environment
  •  Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs throughout a shift
  •  Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
  •  Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and early mornings
