Aduro Advisors is looking for bright and talented individuals to join our team to support top-tier clients in the Venture Capital & Private Equity space. The Salesforce Platform Administrator will own the day-to-day management, optimization, and reporting capabilities of AduroSoft.

Our Salesforce instance, AduroSoft, is the core platform for our Revenue Operations (RevOps) and is crucial for maintaining internal business health and stakeholder insight. This is a full-time position critical to scaling our internal operations and RevOps management structure.


Here is the type of work you will do:


Strategic Automation & Business Processes

  • Lead automation projects in partnership with Finance and Client Service Operations (CS Ops) to streamline critical processes, beginning with the highly manual client invoicing process.
  • Design and implement declarative automation solutions, primarily using Salesforce Flow, to enhance business processes and efficiency.
  • Build automated updates through connections with other internal systems
  • Be a bridge between business teams and the technical team to increase collaboration and coordination

Data Integration & Platform Enhancement

  • Manage and optimize all platform APIs and external connections, with a focus on data enrichment from external tools in collaboration with the development team
  • Monitor and troubleshoot existing platform integrations to ensure seamless, reliable data flow across our RevOps technology stack.
  • Perform platform administration and declarative development tasks, including custom object/field creation, page layout configuration, and data model maintenance.
  • Bonus: Experience with Apex/LWC development or demonstrated ability to learn and implement with the aid of AI tools.

Executive Reporting & Business Health

  • Work with Client Service Ops on the development, maintenance, and optimization of internal business health reports and dashboards to provide executive and operational insights.
  • Elevate reporting capabilities by implementing and maintaining higher-level reporting tools such as CRM Analytics over Aduro data.
  • Significantly reduce manual effort on recurring, high-visibility reports (e.g., Leadership Roundtable and Board of Directors reporting).
  • Work directly with Finance, Sales and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable, actionable reporting solutions.
  • Draft documentation on our systems and setup to enable self-service across the company.


The salary range for the Salesforce Senior Platform Administrator position is $90,000 - $110,000. Salary is determined based on current market data and candidate experience level. This role is eligible to participate in the Aduro Bonus Program.

Requirements
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator and Certified Salesforce Platform App Builder (required at a minimum).
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar platform management role.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting the Sales Cloud environment.
  • Experience with CRM analytics or other business intelligence tool.
  • Proficiency in declarative automation tools (Flow) and data management best practices.
  • Business Analyst experience or training is highly desirable, given the focus on process redesign and stakeholder requirements gathering.

  • Strong written communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to bring clarity from ambiguity and push projects across the finish line.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with teams like Finance and Sales.

Salary Description
$90,000 - $110,000
