Description

Job Description Summary:

Responsible for supporting the service function of Block Imaging Parts and Service. Receive incoming service calls and input information so that repairs can be coordinated for our customer's service plans.

We are looking for full time and part time Service Support Representatives to support our team remotely.


Shift information is as follows:

  • Mon - Fri 4pm-1AM EST
  • Mon - Fri 11pm-8am EST
  • Sat & Sun 10pm-7am EST 

Essential Functions and Job Duties:

  • Receive and manage incoming service calls from customers
  • Develop creative solutions to resolve problems
  • Denying service when appropriate and offer other solutions when appropriate
  • Initiate follow up calls to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Pursue established goals for program profitability
  • Working respectfully, cooperatively, and professionally with others in the best interest of the company
  • Handling any other duties as assigned

Education or Relevant Experience:

Education: Associates degree or equivalent preferred

Experience: Preferably 1-3 years’ experience in a customer service setting


Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position requires only self-supervision.

The base pay range for this position is:

  • Min $19/hr to max $21/hr

Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Block Imaging offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay.
