Position Summary: General Construction

Job Relationships:

• Responsible To: General Manager
• Employees Supervised: None
• Inter-Relationships: Work closely with General Manager and Maintenance Manager to complete assigned construction tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Off-season: Participate as directed in general labor, light repair, and other construction assignments.
• Additional duties may be assigned.

Qualifications:

• Certification: Requires a valid driver’s license.
• Experience: Previous construction experience is recommended.
• Other Requirements: Must possess good communication and teamwork skills.

Environmental Factors:

• Frequent lifting of items weighing 45 Lbs. or more
• Occasional lifting of items weighing 45-90 Lbs.
• Exposure to possible hazards associated with machinery and moving equipment
• Frequent walking on uneven and steep terrain.
• Sitting, Standing, Squatting for extended periods of time
• Working with ladders and scaffolding
