We’re hiring Field Marketers / Brand Ambassadors to represent our company at local events, and in neighborhoods across the San Antonio area.


Your Day to Day:

  • Talk with homeowners (door-to-door outreach)
  • Work at events, shows, festivals, and retail pop-ups
  • Spark conversations & set appointments (no selling)
  • Represent the brand with energy + confidence

Requirements


No previous experience necessary. We provide full training! Experience in canvassing, restoration sales, in home sales or customer service is a plus but not required. Positive attitude, good communication skills, and reliability are key.


Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:

  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
  • Must have a valid driver's license with valid Texas auto insurance.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.).
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. (e.g., event materials, signage).
  • Comfortable with prolonged periods of speaking and engaging with the public.
  • Ability to travel to multiple locations within a workday (retail sites, events, canvassing areas).
  • Must be able to stop, reach, and bend occasionally when setting up booths or materials.
  • Must be able to report to and work from different assigned locations, which may vary day to day based on business needs.
