This position will work remotely and will report to the VP of Integrations.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA):

· Proficiency in administrative tasks and computing skills, including Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), is expected. 

· Familiarity with project management software or collaboration platforms, such as SharePoint, MS Teams, Monday, etc., is a plus. 

Required:

· Minimum of 3 years of experience in the insurance industry or software is mandatory. 

· Minimum of 3 years of experience using AMS360 agency management software. 

· Experience in implementing PL Rater, Insurlink, and Work Smart is preferred. 

· Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
