About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive the evolution of the deviceWISE platform and next-generation Telit Cinterion software solutions. In this role, you will shape product strategy around edge data integration, industrial connectivity, cloud services, and AI-enabled capabilities that unlock value across global manufacturing operations.

You will work at the intersection of industrial OT systems, enterprise IT architectures, and advanced AI/ML-driven workflows, ensuring our products remain the standard for reliability, scalability, and interoperability.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Own the product vision and roadmap for deviceWISE, with a focus on OT–IT convergence, edge connectivity, data orchestration, and AI.
• Define strategic product investments aligned with customer needs, market trends, and deviceWISE broader portfolio vision.

Platform Development & Execution

• Translate industrial requirements—PLC integration, protocol support, data mapping, workflow automation—into actionable specifications.
• Drive development of new SaaS components, including deviceWISE Cloud, advanced analytics, and AI integrations.

AI & Data Innovation

• Partner with AI/ML teams to introduce intelligent features such as anomaly      detection, predictive maintenance, and autonomous workflow optimization.
• Ensure AI-enabled features meet enterprise-grade security, scalability, and      transparency standards.

Customer & Market Engagement

• Engage with enterprise manufacturing customers to understand operational      challenges and inform product decisions.
• Support field engineering, solution architects, and sales teams with domain      expertise and product clarity.
• Analyze competitive landscape in industrial IoT platforms, edge orchestration, and      industrial cloud ecosystems.

Cross-functional Leadership

• Collaborate with engineering, data science, UX, marketing, and GTM teams to launch      high-impact product releases.
• Define product KPIs, measure adoption, and drive continuous iteration.

Required Qualifications

• 5–8 years of Product Management experience in enterprise SaaS, IoT platforms, industrial software, or related domains.
• Strong understanding of OT systems (PLCs, SCADA, MES), industrial connectivity protocols, and factory automation.
• Proven experience in OT–IT integration, industrial data pipelines, or edge compute 
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data streaming architectures.
• Background with AI/ML concepts and hands-on experience launching AI-driven features.
• Ability to work with highly technical engineering teams and communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Track record delivering products used by large enterprises and global manufacturers.
