Description

Our client is seeking highly skilled Technical Writer to develop, maintain, and elevate a wide array of user guides, SOPs, training materials, and communication products. This role involves collaborating closely with program managers, communications teams, and technical SMEs to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging, and accessible content. The ideal candidate will bring strong writing expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to support both traditional documentation and modern multimedia or social content.

Responsibilities:


Documentation Development

  • Produce and maintain high-quality documentation, including user guides, SOPs, program communications, and social media content.
  • Write and edit technical documents with clarity, accuracy, and audience-appropriate structure.
  • Edit and format technical and program documentation in Word and PowerPoint.

Content Review & Editorial Leadership

  • Serve as a senior editor to ensure consistency across internal and external training materials.
  • Conduct quality reviews to ensure proper grammar, punctuation, and style.
  • Integrate multiple stakeholder inputs into polished, client-ready deliverables.

Training & Multimedia Content Creation

  • Develop client training aids such as video scripts, presentation materials, and social media content.
  • Learn complex technical concepts and communicate them in simple, engaging ways.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate with SMEs and internal authors to refine documentation and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Gather and synthesize stakeholder feedback to enhance usability and inform future investments.

Other Responsibilities

  • Support Agile team workflows and SDLC-aligned documentation needs.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong writing and editing skills.
  • Ability to understand and translate technical subject-matter content.
  • Expertise in audience and user analysis.
  • Documentation planning, structuring, and organization.
  • Familiarity with documentation tools and formats (e.g., Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong research and information-gathering capabilities.
  • Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
