Description
Title: CAD/CAM Technician
Location: Waunakee, WI
Work Schedule: Full-Time (Monday - Friday); 07:00AM - 04:00PM with slight variation available to start and end times
We’re looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated CAD/CAM Technician to join our team and play a key role in producing high-quality dental restorations using the latest CAD/CAM tools and scanning technology!
What You’ll Do
- Operate multiple 3D scanners to digitize dental models for CAD/CAM workflows
- Review prescriptions and case materials with accuracy to ensure proper digital and physical workflow
- Upload, organize, and maintain digital files for CAD/CAM design and production
- Inspect models for defects and collaborate with the model room to resolve issues
- Communicate with fellow technicians and team members regarding case needs, digital questions, or workflow issues
- Maintain equipment and workstations, including scanners, CAD/CAM tools, and lab instruments
- Follow production schedules and meet case deadlines to support overall lab efficiency
- Troubleshoot, problem-solve, and escalate unclear cases to ensure high-quality outcomes
- Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance quality and processes
- Assist with other duties and projects as needed in a fast-paced, team-based lab environment
Requirements
What You'll Need
Required:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred:
- CAD/CAM work experience and/or formal training in school
- Dental or healthcare background a plus!

Physical Requirements
