We’re seeking a product-focused leader who can operate at the intersection of technology, compliance, and business enablement. This role bridges customer-facing digital platforms and internal automation tools, driving innovation and efficiency across the enterprise. You’ll define and deliver technology products that enhance customer experiences while improving the way teams like Accounting, Risk, and Operations work behind the scenes. 

If you can map process improvements, translate requirements into technical specifications, and guide IT development from concept through deliver, this is your role. 


What You'll Do:

  • Own the roadmap for both external-facing digital platforms (APIs, partner integrations, portals) and internal automation tools that support business functions. 
  • Collaborate with business units to identify pain points, define requirements, and scope automation opportunities (e.g., GL entry automation, data validation workflows). 
  • Translate functional requirements into actionable technical stories for IT development teams, ensuring clarity and traceability. 
  • Partner with IT, Security, and Compliance to align all products with regulatory, data privacy, and risk management expectations (FFIEC, SOC 2, GLBA). 
  • Establish performance metrics and monitor delivery outcomes against business objectives. 
  • Drive continuous improvement, encouraging teams to automate, document, and modernize legacy workflows. 
  • Act as a product ambassador, aligning technology solutions to business goals and communicating results to stakeholders at all levels. 
  • Own QA responsibilities, including test planning, writing and executing test cases, validating feature readiness, and coordinating bug triage with engineering. 


Requirements

 

What We're Looking For:


• 5–8 years of experience in product management, business systems analysis, or IT platform ownership within a financial or regulated environment. 

• Strong understanding of APIs, automation platforms, and enterprise integration patterns. 

• Demonstrated success translating complex business problems into technical deliverables. 

• Knowledge of compliance frameworks (FFIEC, SOC 2, ISO 27001) and their impact on technology product design. 

• Exceptional communication and documentation skills with both technical and non-technical audiences. 

• Strategic thinker who’s hands-on and execution-driven. 

Success Measures 

• Internal processes become more automated, standardized, and auditable. 

• Digital and partner products launch on schedule, within scope, and in compliance with security and risk expectations. 

• Cross-functional teams view IT as a trusted partner and strategic enabler. 

• Data, security, and business logic flow consistently across systems and partners. 

Preferred Skills 

• Experience with Azure, GRC platforms, DevOps, Banking systems 

• Background in banking, fintech, or enterprise integrations. 

• Proficiency in agile delivery, backlog management, and sprint planning. 

• Ability to balance security, compliance, and user experience in decision-making.
