Description

GENERAL PURPOSE: Admissions Rep is integral in supporting our admissions process and ensuring a smooth experience for prospective students. They will be organized, communicative, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. 


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES: 

? Payment Plan Management: Oversee and manage ongoing payment plans for students, ensuring timely updates and accuracy in records.

? Enrollment Agreements: Handle enrollment agreements using SignNow, ensuring all documentation is correctly completed and filed.

? Welcome Emails: Use Salesforce to send welcome emails to new students, ensuring they have all the necessary information for their journey at Larock Healthcare Academy.

? Coverage for Admissions: Provide support and coverage for the Admissions team when one is out of the office.

? Admission Calls: Answers incoming admission calls, providing information and support to prospective students as needed and enrolls them

? Prints text books for students that need them 

? Creates certificates for graduates

? Handles refunds/withdraws 

? Bank deposits



Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

SKILLS/ABILITIES: .

? Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software applications.

? Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a plus.


EXPERIENCE: Five or more years of admissions/administrative experience preferred


EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
