Job Summary
The Program Marketing Manager drives the execution of marketing programs and events to increase brand awareness and generate demand. This role collaborates with sales and product teams to develop strategies, manage projects and vendors, and ensure ROI. Responsibilities include planning events and trade shows, creating tailored marketing materials, analyzing campaign performance, and building relationships with customers and partners to strengthen market presence.

Primary Job Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing programs, collaborating with sales, product, and regional teams to deliver impactful campaigns and events.
- Design and implement local events, trade shows, and customer engagement activities that boost brand awareness and generate qualified leads for DecisionPoint’s solutions.
- Partner with sales teams to develop territory-specific marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals and maximizing ROI.
- Support the management of marketing budgets, resources, and vendor relationships, ensuring compliance and effective use of funds.
- Work with the content team to tailor promotional materials, including presentations, signage, social posts, and event collateral.
- Analyze campaign performance and field activity results, providing actionable insights and reporting to management and stakeholders.
- Build and nurture relationships with local partners, customers, and influencers to strengthen DecisionPoint’s presence in key markets.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in field marketing, event management, or a related marketing role.

- Proven experience managing multiple projects and events simultaneously, adapting to shifting priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), project management tools (Asana, Trello, Jira, etc.), and familiarity with CRM/Automation platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Ability to travel up to 20% (including overnight travel) for events, meetings, and industry conferences.
- Strong creative and analytical thinking skills, with a proactive, can-do attitude and a passion for learning.
Environment and Normal Working Conditions
Office environment. Core business hours are generally 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. However, this position will/may require work to be performed outside of normal business hours based on Company operations.
Physical Requirements
Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting including verbally communicating, seeing and hearing to exchange information and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard. Daily physical functions may include standing, sitting and walking for prolonged periods of time and occasionally stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and twisting. The employee may engage in lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling light to moderate amounts of weight up to 25 pounds. The position also requires the operation of office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement.
