Deposit Operations CSR - Full Time - Main Office, Watertown, NY.
OBJECTIVE: To work as the backup to different duties within the Deposit Services Department. These duties will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Backup to Debit Card Disputes
- Backup to Wires – 1st & 2nd half
- Backup to Restraints, Levies, Subpoenas
- 4Sight Keying
- Assist with 8450 & Banno chats.
- Complete other tasks as requested.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Consistent and reliable attendance
- Backup for processing Debit Card Disputes
- Review dispute forms sent from employees
- File eligible disputes in data navigator
- Issue provisional credit to customer account for filed dispute and send PC letter
- Update dispute log and monthly dispute log daily
- Review and save FIER-001 report daily
- Send permanent credit letters, letters of resolution, etc. once a dispute has been resolved
- Pull SD-098, DD-182, DD-460 reports, as needed, to balance adjustment account
- Monitor dispute spreadsheet for final action review date and send appropriate letter of resolution
- Update dispute spreadsheet, as needed
- Check temporary uncollectible GL, weekly (emailed from accounting) and book resolved accounts accordingly
- Physically file newly open disputes and closed disputes, as needed
- Backup for Wire Processing first and second half.
- Backup for Restraints, Levies, Subpoenas
- Backup for processing Wires – first and second half
- Backup to Restraints, Levies, Subpoenas
- 4 Sight Keying
- Keying & balancing of teller/branch transactions
- Imaging issues
- Answer 8450 & Banno Chats
- Other job duties as needed

Physical Demands: Position requires sedentary to medium physical demands.
