- Coordinating all guest activities with Asst. General Manager
- Work with all departments to coordinate the best guest experience possible
- Helping manage guests’ offsite activities including; fly fishing, laser tag, sporting clays, massage, etc.
- Acknowledge on all aspects of the guest experience, ranch history, Bigfork and surrounding area
- Providing only first-class service and hospitality in helping all guests
- Managing incoming phone calls and inquiries in accordance with the Asst. General Manager
- Guest check-ins, welcome packets, arrival and departure coordination with Asst. General Manager
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
- Collect all pertinent guest information and acknowledgement of risk forms from guests
- Willingness to help in other departments or wherever needed on the Ranch
- Must be capable of being on your feet for up to 8 hours a day, as well as lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
- This position reports to the Assistant General Manager
