Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors and customers to the showroom with a warm and professional demeanor
- Assist customers with inquiries, direct them to the appropriate sales staff, and provide product information
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as data entry, appointment scheduling, and follow-up communications
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the showroom to ensure a welcoming environment
- Manage incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel
- Assist with basic inventory management and product displays as needed
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office and CRM systems
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or administrative roles is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Part-time hours, noon - 8p.m. Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday
