Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Coordinator to help patients understand their treatment costs and ensure smooth, accurate financial processes in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review treatment fees and payment options with patients and parents
- Create and manage financial agreements
- Process payments and set up payment plans
- Verify insurance benefits and enter accurate information into the system
- Submit insurance claims and follow up on outstanding balances
- Communicate clearly with patients about account status and billing questions
- Maintain accurate financial records and support the front office team
Qualifications:
- Experience in orthodontic or dental billing/insurance preferred
- Strong attention to detail and comfort with numbers
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality
