Front of House Supervisor

  1. LMA – Lead, Manage and Assist all staff when needed to preserve the FLL style of Hospitality
  2. Support Front of House Manager with daily service goals and projects
  3. Lead Dining Room Team, Bartenders and be the Front Office’s POC on Front of House Manager’s days off 
  4. Responsible for the operations of the dining room, bar and Front of House guest experience in regard to all facets of the food and beverage service. Including, but not limited to, main dining room, kid’s dining room, lunch deck, pavilion dining area, screened-in porch dining area, and history room dining area.
  5. Works with Front of House Manager to relay the best service possible while meeting the guests’ dining needs
  6. Responsible for the cleanliness, set up, tear down and general presentation of all food and beverage operations
  7. Works with Front of House Manager to execute desired service style for breakfast, lunch and dinner
  8. Responsible for working with guest and FLL management team to assist with special orders, dietary needs and allergy issues
  9. Responsible for portraying a first-class service and hospitality experience in a genuine western setting while adhering to dining room dress code policies
  10. Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks (i.e., taking out the garbage, mopping, dishes, etc.) in all dining areas
  11. Works with the kitchen to mitigate and best solve any potential guest issues in the best interest of the guest
  12. Must be capable of being on your feet for up to 8 hours a day, as well as lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. 
  13. This position reports to the Executive Chef and Front of House Manager.
