- Responsible for the development and execution of the video program

- Attends FLL events and experiences to capture, edit and share via photo and video

- Shares the FLL brand through photography and video media

- Lead on all videography content, including editing, organization and storage

- Works with outside multimedia partners to execute FLL’s desired goals

- Fulfills outside vendors multimedia requests

- Provides guest communication and services relating to photography and video services

- Participate with local vendors (Rafting / Fly-fishing etc.) to enhance and share the guest -experience

- Assists with all content of all digital and social media platforms

- Welcome Social Media influencers and Travel Writers to the ranch and participate in enhancing their experience

- Assist with business development and marketing strategy

- Assist in various marketing methods including, direct mail, print ads, networking, internet, social media, and develop new methods of marketing

- Expected to be present during family activities and add to the guest experience, representing western life and values

- Maintains and curates the guest’s western experience

- Responsible for portraying a first-class service and hospitality experience in a genuine western setting

- Works closely with FLL management and is willing to help with any additional staffing needs

- Provide a continued level of personal guest service at Flathead Lake Lodge

- This position reports to the Brand Ambassador
