As a Plumbing Technician, you’ll be responsible for the maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems in residential, commercial, or industrial buildings. You’ll have the chance to work both independently and as part of a supportive team. We value good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Diagnose plumbing system issues and present repair options
  • Install, repair, service and maintain plumbing systems at commercial and residential sites 
  • Install water heaters, boilers, faucets, toilets, sinks, and other plumbing fixtures 
  • Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations 
  • Communicate system findings clearly to customers and explain required and recommended repairs and upgrades 
  • Provide detailed, multi-option quotes and discuss repair or upgrade choices 
  • Identify opportunities to offer additional services, upgrades, or preventative maintenance 
  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned daily, weekly, or monthly revenue goals 
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
  • Recognize work that requires permitting and communicate with office to obtain permits
  • Fulfill on-call duties according to the department schedule  
  • Collaborate with team members and provide support as needed
  • Safely operate and maintain assigned company vehicle and equipment
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of plumbing experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Good character and ability to work well within a team
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Neat, clean, and organized work habits
  • Strong work ethic
Salary Description
$20-30 DOE
