Primary job duties include:
- Conduct in-home or on-site consultations to assess customer comfort needs
- Evaluate existing HVAC systems and provide recommendations for repair, replacement, or upgrades
- Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring understanding of system operation and any necessary maintenance
- Provide detailed, multi-option quotes and discuss repair or upgrade choices
- Present system options, pricing, financing, and warranties in a clear, professional manner
- Identify opportunities to offer additional services, upgrades, or preventative maintenance
- Follow up on open leads and maintain strong pipeline communication
- Work closely with installation and service teams to ensure accurate job details
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned daily, weekly, or monthly performance goals
- Participate in ongoing sales training and team meetings
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, quotes presented, job progress
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity maintaining a neat/clean appearance and customer satisfaction
- Safely operate and maintain assigned company vehicle and equipment
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in HVAC or home services
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components and installations
- Experience with CRM software and digital sales tools
- Excellent customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Good character and ability to work with a team and our customers
- Professional appearance and demeanor
