Our IT Director must possess the technical and management knowledge and skills needed to effectively integrate people, information and communication technologies, and business processes in support of the Resort’s organizational and strategic goals.


• Hardware and software maintenance; licensing, contracts and renewals

• Project Management: hardware roll-outs, system upgrades, new construction, and vendor management

• IT Asset Management: equipment identification, asset tracking, equipment repair

• Inventory and purchasing of IT supplies; specking of hardware and software

• Xsan Storage Administration

• Configure and maintain system backups

• Terminal Server administration

• Security camera systems management

• WinPak and VingCard card access systems management

• Mytel phone system management and configuration

• Network hardware configuration and support: including wireless access points, Switch Configuration, Internet and MPLS (WAN) Support, Fiber and Ethernet cabling

• Guest room and employee housing TV system setup and maintenance

• Crestron lighting and AV system management (Museum, HD Theatre and Conference Center)


Salaried position - annual salary $90,000-$100,000

Requirements

Essential:

• College Bachelors of Science degree in Information Technology

• Business Management degree or previous managerial experience

• Strong and effective communicator

• Present a professional presentation

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Ability to:

  • Perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy
  • Prioritize, organize and follow up
  • Be a clear thinker, remaining calm and resolving problems using good judgment
  • Follow directions thoroughly
  • Understand guest’s service needs

  • Maintain confidentiality of guest information and resort information

Desirable:

• Microsoft Server and Client Certifications

• Experience in Hospitality Industry in similar position

• Previous guest relations training


Full time, year round position with benefits; salary $55,000 - $65,000
