Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Communication Coordinator to join our team. This role will support multiple lines of business by managing communication requests, ensuring timely and accurate delivery, and maintaining brand consistency across all channels.


Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary intake point for communication requests from various business units.
  • Coordinate with internal  stakeholders to gather necessary information and approvals.
  • Edit and proofread  communications for clarity, accuracy, and compliance with brand standards.
  • Partner with marketing and operations teams to ensure timely execution of communication deliverables.
  • Build and maintain email templates using HTML for internal and external communications.
  • Track and manage communication workflows to meet deadlines and quality standards.
Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in communications, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage  multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with HTML and email template creation.
  • Excellent interpersonal  skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Financial services experience is a plus.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of email  marketing platforms and content management systems.
  • Basic understanding of  compliance and regulatory considerations in financial communications

Remote Work Information

Compensation Information

The average salary for this position is expected to be between $56,000 and $70,000/year however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. We do not anticipate candidates to be paid at the top of the range however, from time to time, it may occur on a case-by-case basis.
