As the East Regional Manager, you will be the driving force behind revenue growth, account success, and team performance across the Eastern territory. This role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on leader who excels in the medical aesthetics space, understands the professional skincare landscape, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will manage a small, high-impact team while directly supporting key accounts to ensure strong adoption, sell-through, and long-term brand loyalty.

The details:
Location: Field role based in territory near majority of business
Hours/Contract: Full Time, working typical business hours, will require some flexibility including evenings & weekends for events and tradeshows
Physical requirements: Ability to handle long periods of both sitting and screen time, ability to lift 50 lbs, able to participate in booth set up and break down & stand up to 8 hours on your feet
Travel requirements: Up to 70%
Your responsibilities as the Regional Sales Manager:
Regional Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing regional sales team, ensuring consistent execution of brand strategy and achievement of sales targets.
- Provide ongoing training, field coaching, and performance management to elevate skill sets and drive excellence.
- Foster a culture of accountability, empowerment, and continuous improvement aligned with brand values.
Revenue Growth & Territory Strategy
- Own and exceed regional sales goals by creating and executing territory plans that drive reorder rates, service adoption, and retail sell-through.
- Identify high-value growth opportunities within medical aesthetics clinics, med spas, and luxury spa partners.
- Analyze territory performance, business trends, and competitive dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
Account Management & Partnership Building
- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring exceptional onboarding, education, and ongoing support.
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance, identify opportunities, and implement growth plans.
- Oversee training initiatives—including virtual, in-person, and event support—to enhance provider confidence and treatment conversion.
Brand Execution & Field Excellence
- Ensure flawless implementation of programs, promotions, merchandising, and treatment protocols across the region.
- Represent the brand at regional events, trade shows, and trainings to expand visibility and drive new business.
- Maintain close collaboration with Education, Marketing, and Operations teams to deliver a consistent, elevated brand experience.

Skills You Bring to the Table:
- 5+ years of experience in professional skincare, medical aesthetics, or spa & wellness field sales.
- 3+ years proven success managing a sales team and driving multi-state territory growth.
