Job Summary – Sales & Service Representative 

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales & Service Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for assisting customers, processing orders, providing product knowledge, and building strong relationships with contractors, plumbers, and HVAC customers.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist customers in person, by phone, and via email

· Provide product recommendations and technical support on plumbing supplies

· Process sales orders, quotes, and returns accurately

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory and product lines

· Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely order fulfillment

· Resolve customer issues and ensure high levels of satisfaction

· Support outside sales team as needed

· Maintain a clean and organized work area

Job Requirements

· Experience in HVAC, plumbing, or wholesale distribution preferred

· Strong customer service and communication skills

· Ability to learn technical product information quickly

· Proficiency with order-entry or ERP systems (e.g., Epicor Eclipse, Prophet 21, etc.) a plus

· High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

· Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to customer satisfaction
