 Position Overview
The Hospitality Lead is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences across Minnesota National’s lodging, clubhouse, RV Park, and event operations. This role oversees housekeeping, manages the RV Park, supports marketing efforts, leads event execution, and serves as a weekend host for Stay & Play and RV Park guests. The ideal candidate is organized, guest-focused, and able to lead in a dynamic, hospitality-driven environment.  

 

Key Responsibilities 

Housekeeping Management 

  • Oversee all housekeeping operations for lodging units and common areas. 
  • Develop and maintain cleaning schedules and ensure timely turnover. 
  • Manage the hiring, training, scheduling, and supervision of housekeeping staff to ensure all lodging units are cleaned, maintained, and fully prepared for guest arrivals. 
  • Manage inventory and maintain cleaning equipment. 
  • Conduct regular inspections to uphold cleanliness and quality standards. 
  • Identify and report repair or maintenance needs to the grounds team, ensuring issues are addressed promptly to maintain guest-ready standards. 

Clubhouse Cleaning & Hospitality 

  • Perform clubhouse cleaning duties on Friday, Saturday & Sundays, including restrooms, common areas, event rooms, dining spaces & process of laundry over the weekend from Friday flips. 
  • Support front-of-house hospitality needs as required. 

RV Park Management & Guest Experience 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for RV Park guests. 
  • Manage reservations, check-ins, and ongoing communication. 
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness, safety, and readiness of all RV Park sites and amenities. 
  • Address guest issues promptly and professionally. 
  • Assist with RV Park marketing, promotions, and guest communication. 
  • Act as Weekend Host for RV Park guests—welcoming arrivals, assisting with questions, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. 

Stay & Play Weekend Host 

  • Greet and support Stay & Play guests during weekend stays. 
  • Provide information, solve problems, and assist with any in-lodge or on-property needs. 
  • Ensure guest satisfaction from arrival through departure. 
  • Perform lodging inspections on workdays to ensure units are clean, stocked, and guest ready. 

Event Captain Duties 

  • Help with event setup, execution, and teardown for weddings, tournaments, banquets, and community events. 
  • Assist Event Coordinator in coordinating kitchen, bar, and management teams to ensure smooth event operations. 
  • When Event Coordinator is not onsite. Serve as the main point of contact for event hosts and vendors. 
  • Communicate with event hosts to meet expectations and deliver exceptional service.  
  • Oversee event timelines, staffing, & guest needs throughout each event. 

Marketing Support 

  • Assist the marketing team with content, promotions, and guest communications for events, lodging, and the RV Park. 
  • Provide on-site photos, information, and updates for use in social media and digital marketing. 
  • Support tradeshow planning and materials. 
  • Assist with event marketing, including event promotions, communications, and support at tradeshows. 
  • Represent Minnesota National at tradeshows, engaging with attendees and promoting lodging, golf, events, and RV Park offerings. 
Requirements

 

Qualifications 

  • Experience in hospitality, housekeeping supervision, events, or RV Park operations preferred. 
  • Strong customer service and communication skills are important. 
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize. 
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with strong attention to detail. 
  • Comfortable working weekends and evenings as needed. 
  • Ability to lift 30+ lbs. and perform physical tasks related to cleaning and event setup.
