HTS is currently seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at a highly regarded skilled nursing facility in Evansville, IN, specializing in short-term rehab, long-term care, and memory care. This facility is known for its strong support of therapy services and features a spacious, well-equipped therapy gym. Additionally, the rehab cottage, a unique free-standing rehab-to-home facility on campus, provides exceptional rehab opportunities for patients.

Position Details:

· Part-time: approx 20 hours per week. 

· Flexible schedule: 5 days Monday through Friday, but open to a 3-day or 4-day work schedule. 

· Competitive hourly rate. 

· Work with a supportive, collaborative team that values teamwork and excellence in patient care.

Applicants must have an active Indiana Physical Therapist Assistant license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include graduation from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited physical therapist assistant education program, subsequent passing of a state-administered national exam, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.
