Learning and Development Coordinator
Description

The Learning Management System (LMS) Coordinator is responsible for the daily administration, optimization, and support of the organization’s learning platforms. This role ensures accurate training data, seamless system functionality, and effective delivery of technical training for Riggs Cat technicians. The LMS Coordinator acts as a key liaison among learners, instructors, subject matter experts, IT, and leadership to maintain high-quality training experiences and compliance with Riggs Cat and Caterpillar standards.

Requirements
  •  Proven proficiency with LMS platforms such as Docebo, OpenSesame, or comparable systems.
  •  Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  •  High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  •  Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  •  Understanding of adult learning principles and training industry standards.
  •  Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  •  Valid driver’s license.
