We are seeking an individual to join our E-Commerce Team! Our E-Commerce Team supports our Radco E-Commerce operations in a fun and productive environment. This position provides a high level of support through the Guest/Customer’s ordering process, order fulfillment process, and resolves any of their questions or issues.
Applicants must be self-starters with the ability to learn, be dependable, organized, possess high attention to detail, basic math skills, and work well with a positive Team. Preferred experience is: basic Microsoft Excel comprehension, small parcel or LTL experience, and past E-Commerce experience. Automotive and E-Commerce experience is not required. We have outstanding training opportunities available for those willing to grow.
Key responsibilities of the position:
- Product identification and research for Customers inquiries
- Answers incoming Customer calls providing a high-level of Guest/Customer Service
- Engages in positive online chat support for E-Commerce Guest/Customers
- Ensures the most effective shipping method for Guest/Customer order fulfilment
- Provides the highest levels of Guest/Customer service with each interaction through all forms
The workdays for this position are Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.
The starting hourly pay rate range for this position is $16.00 – $18.00+ and will be evaluated based upon relevant skills, training, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
