Our Company: Revco Solutions provides best-in-class Revenue Cycle management to Hospital and Physician Service clients.


Position Description: The Denial Support Representative is responsible for administrative, backend duties through various clients within the denial department. They assist in the collection and overturning of denied and underpaid accounts and claims.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Requesting      and Downloading Medical records
  • Writing      appeals and reconsiderations
  • Researching      accounts on various portals and within the client host systems
  • Creating      spreadsheets
  • Correcting      and resubmitting claims (HCFAs and UBs)
  • Completing      assigned tasks within a timely and detailed order

Requirements:

  • 1 year of      previous experience working with commercial or other third-party insurance      claims, medical billing/follow-up
  • An      understanding of various forms, codes (CPT & ICD), insurance      terminology and insurance company remittance advice
  • Certificates,      Licenses, Registrations, and/or Medicare certification are a plus, but not      required

Salary Description
