The Supervisor of Educational Development Specialists provides day-to-day leadership, coaching, and operational oversight to ensure the successful implementation, adoption, and renewal of Audio Enhancement solutions across assigned districts. This role ensures that Educational Development Specialists deliver high-quality professional development, build strong district relationships, manage accounts proactively, and execute effective implementation plans that drive measurable customer value. The Supervisor ensures excellence in service delivery, consistent adherence to processes, and alignment with departmental and organizational goals related to customer satisfaction, usage, and renewals.


Duties Include:

  • Supervise, mentor, and support Educational Development Specialists in achieving performance goals related to implementation, training delivery, account management, and renewal readiness
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions for the team
  • Monitor weekly reports and schedules
  • Assist with KPI reviews and skill-building opportunities
  • Foster a culture of professionalism, customer obsession, knowledge-sharing, and continuous improvement
  • Assist with certification, ongoing professional learning, and development pathways to ensure team members remain experts in AE solutions and adult learning practices
  • Ensure proactive communication practices, timely follow-ups, and documentation in Salesforce
  • Coordinate resources and staffing to meet district needs and ensure coverage during peak periods.
  • Use data to inform decision-making, prioritize team efforts, and forecast resource needs
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on team performance, customer issues, risks, and opportunities
  • Continue to support customers as needed in your territory
Requirements
  •  Must have been an EDS for at least one year.
