The Admissions & Marketing Coordinator is responsible for managing the admissions process and promoting the facility to potential clients, families, and referral sources. This role requires a combination of administrative skills, marketing savvy, and excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday, Occasional Weekends, Days
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the admissions process, including reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and informing families of acceptance
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, social workers, and other referral sources to drive admissions and maintain positive relationships
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to attract new clients and increase awareness of the facility in the community
- Manage the facility's social media accounts and website to engage with current and prospective clients
- Plan and coordinate events, such as open houses and community outreach programs, to promote the facility and build relationships with key stakeholders
- Prepare and distribute marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and newsletters, to showcase the facility's services and amenities
- Assist in developing and updating policies and procedures related to admissions and marketing activities
- Communicate with clients and families to address any questions or concerns regarding the admissions process or facility services
- Track and analyze admissions data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure a seamless transition for clients entering the facility
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
- Previous experience in the medical field
- Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred
- 1 year of previous experience in healthcare admissions, marketing, or customer service preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
