Admissions & Marketing Coordinator
Description

The Admissions & Marketing Coordinator is responsible for managing the admissions process and promoting the facility to potential clients, families, and referral sources. This role requires a combination of administrative skills, marketing savvy, and excellent communication and customer service abilities.


Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday, Occasional Weekends, Days


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the admissions process, including reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and informing families of acceptance
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers, social workers, and other referral sources to drive admissions and maintain positive relationships
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to attract new clients and increase awareness of the facility in the community
  • Manage the facility's social media accounts and website to engage with current and prospective clients
  • Plan and coordinate events, such as open houses and community outreach programs, to promote the facility and build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Prepare and distribute marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and newsletters, to showcase the facility's services and amenities
  • Assist in developing and updating policies and procedures related to admissions and marketing activities
  • Communicate with clients and families to address any questions or concerns regarding the admissions process or facility services
  • Track and analyze admissions data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure a seamless transition for clients entering the facility
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the medical field
  • Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred
  • 1 year of previous experience in healthcare admissions, marketing, or customer service preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Salary Description
$70 - $80 Hourly
