About You
MD² International is seeking a highly analytical and service-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join our growing Finance team. MD² International supports a network of concierge medical practices in which exceptional service and deep personal relationships define everything we do. We operate with high trust, high ownership, and a commitment to clarity, accuracy, and service to our physicians, leadership team, and internal partners.
This role is ideal for someone who loves to build, who is energized by ambiguity, and who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment where high-quality analysis directly shapes business decisions. You will have outsized ownership for a company of our size: your analysis, models, and reporting will directly shape decisions made by physicians, operators, and the executive team. If you enjoy rolling up your sleeves to design Excel models, automate workflows, and create new financial reports that didn’t previously exist, this is the place to do your best work.
About Us
MD² has been recognized as the most respected and exclusive group of concierge medical practices since its founding in 1996. Today, we have elite concierge medical practices across the country, specifically designed to address the unique and inherent lifestyle demands of a high-net-worth patient population. Our philosophy revolves around the understanding that delivering exceptional medicine starts with an exceptional experience. Every member of our team is dedicated to upholding this vow in everything we do. This is medicine in the ideal for those who expect excellence in all aspects of their lives.
Key Responsibilities
In this position, you will work with the Senior Finance Manager to build a modern, scalable finance capability that supports a growing national network of clinics. Our team prizes excellent communication, strong presentation and writing skills, and genuine empathy for our business partners. You will frequently craft board and physician-ready materials, so the ability to translate numbers into crisp, compelling narratives is essential.
Finance Leadership & Business Partnership
- Serve as a primary finance partner to clinic leaders, executives, and cross-functional stakeholders; provide actionable insights, thoughtful recommendations, and high-touch support.
- Hold regular in-person and virtual conversations with physicians to walk through monthly results, explain trends, and build trust—this role requires strong interpersonal awareness and a polished client-facing presence. Build strong relationships grounded in empathy, clarity, and trust: your work will directly influence physician and operator decision-making.
Financial Modeling & Planning
- Own the financial planning and analysis cycle, including monthly reporting, forecasting, scenario modeling, and long-term planning.
- Build scalable Excel and Python-based models that elevate accuracy, transparency, and consistency across clinics.
- Develop structured, repeatable processes for our monthly financial packet, budget cycles, and benchmarking tools.
Data, Automation & Systems
- Use Excel, Python, and Cube (our FP&A platform) to streamline workflows, automate manual processes, and improve data integrity.
- Help design and implement the finance tech stack as MD² grows, identifying opportunities to simplify and standardize.
Presentation & Communication
- Transform complex financial data into clear, physician-friendly reports, memos, and presentations - your work will be read by senior leadership and clinic teams monthly.
- Drive continuous improvement in how we communicate financial results: better visuals, cleaner narratives, more actionable takeaways.
Operational & Financial Excellence
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across clinics; partner with operators to improve performance and support strategic decisions.
- Strengthen financial controls, data accuracy, and reporting quality as we scale.
- 4+ years of finance, FP&A, consulting, accounting, or related analytical experience.
- Proven track record of building Excel models that drive business decisions.
- Experience using automation or analytics tools (e.g., Python, SQL, VBA, Cube, or similar).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in creating polished financial narratives.
- Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with non-finance stakeholders with empathy and clarity.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
- Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 hours per day, in-person
Knowledge and Skills
- Experience in small, fast-moving, or entrepreneurial environments where building is part of the job.
- Prior work with financial systems, BI tools, or data modeling frameworks.
