A member of the production department. The Panel Operator is responsible for support in the areas of production and related activities in a manner that supports the operations of production of the organization at the Fresno, CA plant.
Pay: $19.00 an hour
Hours: 5:00 pm - 5:00 am
Schedule: Monday - Friday
(Must be flexible to work weekends.)

Core Responsibilities:
- Supports the mission, values and vision of the company.

- Works within a team environment to share information and help others as needed.
- Responsible for running product to the processor and fillers.
- Monitor product flow to ensure consistency during production.
- Ensure product meets formula specifications such as Brix, pH, viscosities, and other standards.
- Record and communicate any deviations from formula specifications.
- Ensure the team correctly labels all packaging according to requirements.
- Confirm the team follows all information on the PI Sheet, including fill weights, fill temperatures, and color.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support production and team needs.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Working knowledge and application of Food and Beverage Manufacturing, including kettle mixers, pumps and heaters; electrical panels.
- Working knowledge of liquid and powder measurements.
Required Qualifications:
- High school or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in warehousing/manufacturing of foods and beverages.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual - English/Spanish preferred but not mandatory.
