Job Summary:
A Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding employees in CLS Health. They factor in the long-term goals of an organization and acknowledge that people play a huge role in a company’s future success. The Talent Acquisition Specialist is also responsible for ensuring that current employees are satisfied in their positions and promoting a company’s brand through recruitment initiatives and events.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, utilizing various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Proactively source and identify potential candidates through online databases, build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and timely recruitment process.
- Promote the organization's employer brand to attract top talent. Develop and maintain relationships with universities, professional associations, and other relevant networks to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Extend job offers to select candidates and negotiate compensation packages, benefits, and other terms.
- Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.; refers more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR staff or management.
- Develop and implement an efficient onboarding process that includes the completion of the necessary paperwork, collection of required documentation, and provisioning of equipment and access to systems.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
- Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to collect and file all required documents appropriately.
- Provides clerical support to the HR department.
- May assist with payroll functions, including processing, answering employee questions, fixing processing errors, and distributing checks.
- Conducts or assists with new hire orientation and onboarding training
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- May travel to other CLS clinics as needed.
