Lido Advisors, LLC, an established and expanding wealth management firm, is looking for a Senior Associate, Private Client Services, to make an immediate impact by supporting and working alongside Advisory teams in all aspects of wealth management. The Senior Associate enhances the client experience by providing exceptional client service through operational support to one or more Wealth Advisors. Senior Associates work in a complex, team-oriented, and fast-paced environment to deliver comprehensive investment and wealth strategies to clients. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and enhance new and existing relationships with active communication with clients, processing client requests, and resolving inquiries. 
  • Prepare for client meetings by collecting financial information, completing various financial analyses, and creating presentation materials for meetings.
  • Coordinate the deployment of investments for client allocations and portfolio rebalances to include executing and reconciling trades as directed by Senior Wealth Managers.
  • Maintain and track prospect and client engagement in the relationship management system. 
  • Act as subject matter experts for all client service-related processes and systems, and promote best practices for junior team members. 
  • Review and facilitate resolution of client inquiries and operational items.
  • Assist Wealth Advisors Team in preparing allocations and coordinating investments according to the firm's and strategy stated guidelines. 
  • Manage the onboarding of new client accounts, which includes collecting required documents and client information through in-person meetings or on calls with clients.
  • Prepare and process complex alternative investment paperwork with a high level of accuracy.
  • Liaise with custodian partners and internal departments. 
  • Support the team’s overall strategy by preparing regular or ad hoc reports, marketing, and other materials for client meetings. 
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Series 65 or 66 required or must be attained within the timeframe determined by manager.
  • Minimum of 3 years serving wealth management clients or other relevant industry experience. 
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Takes ownership of all aspects of client engagement.
  • Self-starter who actively sees projects through to completion while maintaining a high level of communication with team members. 
  • Exceptional interpersonal and client service skills. 
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, manage multiple tasks and keep team apprised on open items.  
  • Experience with Excel/Word/Outlook/Salesforce/PowerPoint, with an emphasis on Excel. 
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing and fast-paced business environment.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively and work under pressure with tight deadlines.

The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The range below is an estimate and may be modified in the future. 

Salary Description
$75,000 - $90,000
