Kitchen Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all kitchen activities, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards and sanitation procedures
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control food costs to maximize profitability
- Develop and update menu items in collaboration with culinary staff
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization within the kitchen
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery
- Address customer feedback and resolve any kitchen-related issues promptly
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager, Executive Chef, or similar leadership role
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation standards
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
