Description

Enhances the Bank’s brand presence by executing high-impact events and strategic communications. Oversees logistical and promotional aspects of Bank-sponsored events, ensuring seamless execution, attendee engagement, and measurable success. Coordinates event attendance with senior, market and function leaders as deemed appropriate. Provides internal communication regarding Marketing activities, events, and initiatives to keep employees informed, engaged, and connected. Coordinates and maintains inventory of JCBank promotional items to support various events and engagements. Develops compelling written and multimedia content to amplify brand visibility across social media, press releases, newsletters, and other platforms. Cultivates relationships with vendors, sponsors, and community partners to strengthen public relations and referral initiatives.

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or Marketing required.
  • Event planning and coordination required. Marketing experience preferred. 
  • Sales, publishing, social media, and/or marketing experience a plus.
