Experience & Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and families and ensure a positive front-office experience 
  • Assist with basic marketing initiatives, including social media support and local community outreach. 
  • Schedule appointments efficiently while supporting provider schedules 
  • Verify insurance benefits, explain coverage, and collect payments 
  • Maintain accurate patient records and manage check-in/check-out processes 
  • Communicate effectively with clinical staff to ensure smooth daily operations 
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a dental or medical office preferred (pediatric experience a plus) 
  • Strong customer service and communication skills 
  • Knowledge of dental insurance and billing processes 
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment 
  • Proficiency with practice management software and basic computer skills
