Experience & Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and families and ensure a positive front-office experience
- Assist with basic marketing initiatives, including social media support and local community outreach.
- Schedule appointments efficiently while supporting provider schedules
- Verify insurance benefits, explain coverage, and collect payments
- Maintain accurate patient records and manage check-in/check-out processes
- Communicate effectively with clinical staff to ensure smooth daily operations
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

- Previous experience in a dental or medical office preferred (pediatric experience a plus)
