We are currently seeking a full-time Director of Instructional Solutions to lead the success of one of Audio Enhancement’s Product Divisions.


This role is responsible for shaping product vision, driving customer traction, and ensuring successful adoption across development, deployment, and ongoing use. The Director of Instructional Solutions serves as the subject matter expert and advocate for the division, working closely with Product, Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and Support teams to deliver measurable impact for educators and students. This position requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on engagement with customers and the field.


Core Objectives

  • Drive measurable impact by growing division revenue, expanding market share, and strengthening cross-division collaboration.
  •  Champion the customer experience through data analysis, direct engagement, and real-world classroom feedback.
  • Foster collaboration and alignment across Product, Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and Support teams
  •  Stay connected to the field through regular pre-sale and post-installation engagement

Duties Include

  • Lead the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company initiatives, customer needs, and market trends.
  • Own the overall success of the division as measured by Audio Enhancement’s five Product Division KPIs.
  • Drive division revenue growth, market share expansion, and cross-division collaboration.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer by gathering insights through direct engagement, classroom feedback, and data analysis.
  • Convert customer and field feedback into actionable product improvements and enhancements.
  • Oversee quality testing of new products and features prior to release.
  • Monitor competitive trends to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Train and support Sales Directors to ensure consistent, effective product positioning and messaging.
  • Partner with Customer Success to strengthen onboarding, adoption, retention, and overall satisfaction.
  • Lead beta programs and pilot installations to validate product performance and usability.
  • Maintain direct relationships with key districts through site visits, advisory boards, and Power User Summits.
  • Act as the communication hub for the division, ensuring alignment and transparency across departments.
  • Provide clear updates on priorities, progress, and performance to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Execute quarterly OKRs tied to adoption, satisfaction, and growth targets.
  • Participate in quarterly pre-sale activities with the Sales team to gain firsthand perspective on product positioning and customer reactions.
  • Conduct quarterly post-installation site visits to gather direct feedback from end users and remain connected to the customer experience.
  • Identify challenges quickly and implement clear resolution plans.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Requirements
  • Experience leading products, programs, or divisions.
  •  Strong background in product strategy or instructional solutions.
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience.
  •  Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  •  Analytical mindset with performance reporting experience.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Mission-driven and customer-focused.

 

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary wage is negotiable based on skill level and experience.
